Receta Football Friday-Roasted Garlic Spread with Three Cheeses

- Roasted Garlic Spread with Three Cheeses~
- 2 medium heads of garlic
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- 1 package (8 oz) regular or fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3 oz) goat cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sliced leeks, green and white parts
- 1 T mayo with olive oil
- 1 t hot sauce
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut tops off garlic heads to expose tops of cloves
- Place garlic on a medium piece of heavy duty foil
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
- Wrap garlic in foil, place in the oven
- Bake 45 minutes or until garlic is very tender
- Remove from oven
- Cool completely
- Place softened cream cheese and goat cheese in a large bowl
- Squeeze garlic into the bowl, add sliced leeks, mayo, hot sauce, oregano,
- onion and garlic powder
- Beat cream cheese mixture until smooth
- Stir in blue cheese
