Receta Fresh Apple Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 T sugar
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T oil
- 2 apples, pared & cored
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- Apple-Cinnamon Sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) jar apple jelly
- 2 T red cinnamon candies
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Put together egg yolks, lowfat milk and oil. Add in to dry ingredients; mix well. Shred apples and add in to batter. Mix in egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron. Makes 4 cups batter. Waffles may be baked ahead, frzn and reheated in toasted. Serve with Apple-Cinnamon Sauce.
- Heat together in a small saucepan. Stir till candies dissolve jelly melts. Cool; pour into bowl.
