Receta Fresh Cucumber And Tomato Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg cucumbers, peeled and seeded and sliced
- 2 x fresh tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. red onions, sliced very thin and soaked in cool water for 1/2 hour
- 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves, minced Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well. Serve immediately. Soaking the red onion slices in cool water removes the bitterness but leaves the flavor of the onions.
- Chefs Notes: Not much room for improvement.
