Receta Fresh Fruit And Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. pineapple
- 2 x apples, red
- 1 stk celery
- 100 gm cottage cheese
- 50 gm hazelnuts
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
Direcciones
- Chop hazenuts.
- Dice celery.
- Core and dice apple.
- Dice the fresh pineapple, put in a suitable bowl, core and slice apple (don't peel). Mix immediately with pineapple (this will prevent apple from discolouring).
- Add in minced celery and hazelnuts, mix lightly with a dash or possibly two of dressing, then top with cottage cheese and serve.
