Ingredientes
- 1/2 pt Blueberries stemmed and rinsed Honey
- 1 ct Mascarpone - (abt 10 ounce)
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream to 1/2 c.

- Using a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, puree the blueberries till smooth. Sweeten the blueberries with the honey to taste. Add in the cheese and puree till smooth. With the machine running add sufficient cream to thin the filling to where it is pourable. Fill each mold with the filling. Cover the molds tightly with plastic wrap and push the sticks into each mold. Place the molds in the freezer till frzn, about 2 to 3 hrs. Remove from the freezer and throw away the plastic wrap. If the pops won't come out easily, place the molds in a little warm water.
- This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
