Receta Parmesan Chicken Breasts
This is a recipe I've made for many, many years. Quick and easy to make and low in calories.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Italian-Style Dried Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In Ziploc bag combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Shake well.
- Tenderize chicken.
- Dip each breast in mixture to coat all sides.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
