Receta Fresh Greens With Oranges And Walnut Dressing

- 6 c. assorted fresh greens, washed and patted dry
- 1 x 11-ounce. can mandarin oranges
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. crushed walnuts Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Toss greens and oranges in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a cruet and shake well. Just before serving, pour desired amount of dressing on salad and gently toss.
