- 2 T lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. peach puree
- 4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced nuts

- Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2). Bake 350 degrees 50-60 min.Can use apricot puree instead of peach if you like.
