Receta Fresh Peach Sorbet

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Minced peeled peaches, (2-1/2 pounds)
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Sauternes or possibly other sweet white wine
Direcciones
- Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add in wine, and process till smooth.
- Pour mix into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Yield: 5 c. (serving size: 1/2cup).
