Receta Fresh Pumpkin Chutney

Ingredientes
- 1 c. apple juice
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 c. dry currants
- 2 1/2 c. diced, cooked fresh pumpkin*
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add in currants; reduce heat and simmer for 5 miutes. Add in pumpkin; cook an additional 15 min stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; let cold to room temperature. Serve with chicken or possibly pork.
