Receta Fresh Strawberry Lime & Basil Jam
Super delicious with many uses. Will store in refrigerator 2 weeks.
Ingredientes
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- one fresh lime, juice
- pinch of salt
Direcciones
- In a saucepan add strawberries and sugar, stir well on medium heat, add lime juice and stir, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.
- Add chopped basil and fold into jam. Allow to cool, transfer to airtight clean jars (I use 4-6 ounce mason jars).
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- We love this on freshly baked corn bread muffins or biscuits!
