Receta Fresh Tomato Bruschetta
Fresh Tomato Bruschetta | Fresh tomatoes, combined with olive oil, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil create a wonderful, simple, easy and tasty bruschetta.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups of fresh tomatoes (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (approximately)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Direcciones
- Wash and roughly chop tomatoes
- Add remaining ingredients
- Let sit for at least an hour so flavours combine
- Slice baguette and spread with olive oil or herbed butter
- Place under the broiler to crisp
- Remove from oven and top slices with bruschetta mixture
- Bruschetta is ready to eat, but you can also top with grated cheese and return to broiler to melt
