Receta Fricasseed Chicken (Spanish, Puertorican Style)

Ingredientes
- 1 med. chicken
- 2 lg. potatoes
- 2 T veg. oil
- 1 T Sofrito goya
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 T Adobo goya
- 1 pkg. Sazon goya
Direcciones
- In a large cooking pan, heat veg. oil at a medium flame for 30 seconds. Add in Sofrito to veg. oil for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add in 1/3 cup of tomato sauce. Now add in 7 cups water.Put together chicken, potatoes, leftover tomato sauce, Sazon goya and Adobo. Stir well. Allow to boil at a medium flame for approximately 60 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
