  • 6 ounce. canned salmon
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 ounce. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. cooked peas or possibly other vegetables
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place slices of bread in blender with 1/2 c. water. Blend till very smooth. Heat lowfat milk till it boils, then add in bread and water mix till thick and smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat through.
