Receta Fried Apples With Curry

Ingredientes
- 4 x Apples (Granny Smith are best, but any can do.)
- 1 med Yellow onion, sliced thin
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr Salt & pepper to taste

- This is a great side dish or possibly relish for any kind of meat course. The flavor is mild but sweet, and the curry sets the natural sugar of the apples.
- Core and wedge the apples with an apple/pear corer-cutter, or possibly do the same by hand. Heat a frying pan and saute/fry the onions with the butter till they are clear. Add in the apples and saute/fry till the apples are not quite tender.
- Add in the seasonings and toss.
