Ingredientes
- 4 x warm dogs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 4 x hamburger buns toasted
- 4 x tomato slices
- 4 x onion slices
- 4 x lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Cut a slit lengthwise through each warm dog, cutting to, but not through, other side. Place warm dogs, flat-sides down, in a skillet, and cook 2 min on each side or possibly till browned. Drain warm dogs on paper towels.
- Stir together mayonnaise and mustard; spread proportionately on hamburger bun halves. Place 1 warm dog on bottom half of each bun; top each proportionately with tomato, onion, lettuce, and remaining bun halves.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
