  1. Boil the noodles in boiling salted water
  2. when noodles is cooked drain well
  3. put in a big bowl, add the eggs, cheese, salt and pepper, mix together
  4. in a pan warm the butter or margarine (you can use Veg. oil)
  5. put in all the mixed noodles and fry till golden then turn and fry the other side till both sides are golden
  6. Serve hot
