Receta Fried Noodles

- Boil the noodles in boiling salted water
- when noodles is cooked drain well
- put in a big bowl, add the eggs, cheese, salt and pepper, mix together
- in a pan warm the butter or margarine (you can use Veg. oil)
- put in all the mixed noodles and fry till golden then turn and fry the other side till both sides are golden
- Serve hot
