Receta Fried Prawns With Chilli Oil And Mouli

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 8 x Raw king prawns, peeled and de-veined
- 1 Tbsp. Grilled chilli oil, (chiu chow)
- 120 gm Mouli, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- In a wok or possibly frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic till golden.
- Add in the chillies and stir, then add in the prawns and stir well.
- Add in the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
