Receta Fried Wonton

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef/pork
- 2 c. minced cabbage
- 2 c. minced water chestnuts
- Salt, water (sm. amount)
- Vegetable oil sufficient to cover the wonton in the pan
- 1 pkg. Wonton wrappers
- Ketchup
- Sugar
- Garlic pwdr
- Salt
- Some water
Direcciones
- Brown, in frying pan, beef or possibly pork, add in remaining ingredients. Put 1 tsp of filling on the center of wrapper. Wet the corners with water and press together. Fry wonton in vegetable oil till they turn golden.
- Cook in pan for 3-4 min.
