  1. Butter one 8 inch pan and set aside. In a saucepan mix brown sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and salt. Cook over low heat and stir till boiling. Boil for 3 min. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix till smooth. Pour fudge into pan. Chill 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into squares. Share with a friend!
