  • Lettuce, Your choice, pick a couple kinds and fill your sald bowl 3/4ths full.
  • 1/2 x Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 3 x Green onions, diced
  • 1/2 x Green pepper, diced
  • 1 x Avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (Small) of sliced olives
  • 1 c. Fritos, slightly crushed, (you do not want crumbs, just smaller peices)
  • 2 ounce Crumbled Bleu Cheese, (this really makes the salad!) Italian salad dressing of your choice
