Receta Frosted Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. 7-Up
- 1 c. sm. marshmallows
- 2 lg. minced bananas
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed (save juice)
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 T butter
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T flour
Direcciones
- Mix Jello according to directions substituting 7-Up for cold water, then add in other ingredients. Jell.FROSTING: Mix together sugar and flour. Mix butter, pineapple juice and egg in saucepan over low heat. Add in sugar and flour and continue stirring till thick. Add in vanilla. Refrigerate and then mix in whipped cream. Put on Jello and top with Cheddar cheese, if you like.
