- Combine bananas, lime & sugar & mix well. Whip cream with salt till very stiff. Mix in banana & spread in shallow dish. Freeze solid.
- Remove & soften slightly. Cut into cubes & process in processor with steel blade till consistency of ice cream. Pack & freeze. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
