Receta Frozen Pudding Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1/2 creamy or possibly chunky peanut butter
- 1 pkg. (4 servings) Jello instant pudding chocolate or possibly vanilla flavor
- 24 graham crackers or possibly chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Add in lowfat milk gradually to peanut butter in deep narrow, bottom bowl, blending till smooth. Add in pudding mix. Beat slowly with rotary beater or possibly at lowest speed of electric mixer till well blended, about 2 min. Let stand 5 min.Spread filling about 1/2 inch thick on 12 of the crackers. Top with remaining crackers pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula. Freeze till frzn about 3 hrs. Wrap individual sandwiches for storage. Makes 12 sandwiches.
