Receta Frozen Watermelon Margarita

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. seedless (or possibly seeded) watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes, rind discarded before measuring
- 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounce tequila
- 2 ounce cointreau or possibly 2 ounce triple sec
- 1 1/2 c. ice
Direcciones
- Put cut watermelon in a plastic bag and place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hrs.(If time does not permit this step, add in a few extra ice cubes when blending-the difference is not which significant.)
- Stuff all ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth. Garnish rim of glass with a lime wheel or possibly a watermelon wedge and serve immediately.
