- 2 c. apple cider
- 1 c. apples, diced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp grnd cloves Soak apricots in cider for 1 hour.

- Blend in remaining ingredients. After ham has cooked 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, add in fruit mix to pan. Baste ham with juices during remaining cooking time.
