- 1 c. almond lowfat milk (vanilla flavor is the best)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 x serving vegetable protein pwdr (follow package measurements)
- 1/2 c. frzn berries - (to 3/4) (whatever berries you like)
- 10 dsh Stevia sweetener

- Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Then add in all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth.
