Receta Fruit Salad With Pineapple Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 1/4 c. seedless white grapes
- 2 lg. bananas, sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled & cut into wedges (optional)
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice and set aside. Put together pineapple juice, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Let cool. Put together pineapple and remaining ingredients except avocado. Pour dressing over fruit, tossing gently. Garnish with avocado wedges before serving. Yields 6 servings.
