Receta Fudge Candy (Sugar Free)

Ingredientes
- 13 ounce can skim evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 T cocoa
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 T granulated sugar, replacement
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. unsweetened cereal crumbs
- 1/4 c. nuts, very finely minced
Direcciones
- Put together lowfat milk and cocoa in saucepan; cook and beat over low heat till cocoa is dissolved. Add in butter, sugar replacement, salt and vanilla. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat; add in cereal crumbs and work in with wooden spoon. Cool 15 min.Divide in half; roll each half into a tube, 8 inches long. Toll each tube in finely minced nuts. Wrap in waxed paper; refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
- Makes 64 slices.
