- 1/4 c. Radishes minced
- 1/4 c. Cucumber minced and seeded
- 1/4 c. Green onions minced
- 1/4 c. Carrots finely minced
- 1/4 c. Green pepper minced
- 1/4 c. Red pepper minced
Direcciones
- To 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese add in above ingredients.
- We use 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese because it's not as creamy and the veggies do not get soggy. We also mix it with a spice called Jane's Crazy Salt. Just mix everything into the cottage cheese and enjoy.
