Receta Garden Spaghetti Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 c. Cooked fresh or possibly frzn corn
- 2 c. Cooked fresh or possibly frzn lima beans
- 2 med Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and minced
- 3/4 c. Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. Chopped fresh parsley
- 6 x Strips bacon, divided, cooked & crumbled
- 1/3 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Cider or possibly red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 dsh Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; rinse in cool water and drain. Place in a large bowl; toss with oil. Add in the next five ingredients; stir in three-fourths of the bacon. In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients. Pour over spaghetti mix; toss gently. Garnish with remaining bacon. Serve immediately or possibly chill.
- Yield: 10-12 servings.
- NOTES : "This refreshing salad is very popular with my family, especially in summer when crisp sweet corn is fresh. It is particularly good alongside a grilled meat entree."
