Receta Garlic Grilled Halibut

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Halibut Steaks, 1" thick
- 2 cl Garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dry Basil
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly Grnd Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Minced Parsley
Direcciones
- Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Add in fish and marinate for at least 2 hrs. Remove from marinade and reserve liquid. Lightly oil broiler pan or possibly grill. Broil for about 5 min on each side. Brush with remaining marinade and heat another minute.
