  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Add in salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour.
  2. Crush garlic and add in with herbs. Add in 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if you like. Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 min or possibly till browned.
