Receta Garlic Herb Pretzels

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt yeast
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 x cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 4 c. flour up to 5 c.
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in water. Add in salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour.
- Crush garlic and add in with herbs. Add in 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if you like. Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 min or possibly till browned.
