Receta Garlic Parmesan Bread Sticks

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 T malted lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Melted butter
- Garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 T honey
- 4-4 1/2 c. flour
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in malted lowfat milk pwdr, honey and salt. Add in flour gradually till dough forms a ball. Turn onto lightly floured surface and lightly knead. Divide dough into 12 pcs; shape each one into a long thin rope 10-12 inches long.Arrange on greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Let rise 15-30 min. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
