Receta Garlic Sauteed Spinach

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 8 x garlic cloves sliced
- 2 lb spinach stemmed, washed well Kosher salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat a large skillet till it is smoking warm. Add in the extra virgin olive oil and the garlic immediately. Then add in the spinach in batches, adding more as it wilts till all the spinach is in the pot. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. And add in more extra virgin olive oil, if desired.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
