Ingredientes
- 8 x Cloves Crushed Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro Root
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 lb Shrimp, Shelled & Deveined
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Tomato, Cut Into Wedges
- 1 x Cucumber, Sliced
Direcciones
- The garnish of tomato and cucumber slices adds freshness to this rich spicy dish, that should be served with plenty of fresh vegetables. Thoroughly mix together all the marinade ingredients. Combine the shrimp with the marinade and set aside to marinate for 10 min. Heat a medium skillet, add in the oil and saute/fry the marinated shrimp for 4 min. Remove to a serving plate and garnish with the tomato and cucumber.
