  • 3 Tbsp. roasted-garlic oil divided
  • 6 c. sliced mushrooms 1 lb.
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 32 x French baguette slices toasted diagonally cut, in 1/2" thickness

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add in mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute/fry 5 min. Add in wine, parsley, salt, and pepper; saute/fry 3 min or possibly till liquid evaporates. Let cold slightly; finely chop mushroom mix. Combine mushroom mix and remaining oil in a bowl; toss well.
  2. NOTES : To serve, spread 1 Tbsp. mushroom mix over each baguette slice.
  3. Yield: 16 appetizer servings (serving size: 2 crostini).
