- 4 ounce Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. Warm lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt

- DIRECTIONS: In heavy saucepan on low heat, heat broken chocolate with butter, stirring constantly. Beat sugar with lowfat milk, vanilla, and salt till smooth. Add in melted chocolate and beat till thick sufficient to spread on cake.
