  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 8x10 casserole dish with unsalted butter
  3. Grate Butternut Squash
  4. In a bowl mix Butternut Squash / 3/4's of the Maple Syrup / Cinnamon
  5. Pour into glass casserole dish and spread evenly
  6. Pour remaining Maple Syrup over top and cover.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes and enjoy!
