Ingredientes
- 6 lbs Butternut Squash
- 8 oz bottle of really good real Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tbs. Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease 8x10 casserole dish with unsalted butter
- Grate Butternut Squash
- In a bowl mix Butternut Squash / 3/4's of the Maple Syrup / Cinnamon
- Pour into glass casserole dish and spread evenly
- Pour remaining Maple Syrup over top and cover.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes and enjoy!
