Receta Ginger And Lime Salmon

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 6 x salmon fillets - (4 ounce ea)
- 1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
- 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
- 12 x lime wedges
Direcciones
- Mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and sherry. Sprinkle over the salmon and let it marinate for 15 min.
- Prepare to steam. Fill the bottom of a large wok or possibly saucepot with 3 inches of water. Place a steamer rack in the wok or possibly pot. Place the fish fillets on a heat-proof plate. Cover the wok or possibly pot and steam the fish for 10 min, till it is tender.
- Sprinkle the fish with lime peel and scallions. Serve with lime wedges.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Serving size: 3 ounces.
- Comments: Salmon does not need any special preparation. In fact, it is best just enhanced with a few flavorful ingredients.
