Receta Ginger Honey Roast Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 med Chicken
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 piece ginger root, minced
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 piece chiles, minced
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
Direcciones
- 1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper and stuff with minced ginger root.
- 2. Place in oven on baking tray and bake.
- 3. Prepare baste by combining oil, soy, honey, chilies, and grnd ginger.
- Stir vigously and baste chicken when it is 80% done. Baste frequently, during the final stages of cooking to ensure which the honey does not burn.
- NOTES : Serve with rice and steamed vegitables - snow peas are especially good!
