Receta Give A Fig. Gluten-Free Fig and Walnut Tart
Ingredientes
- Most of the time when baking gluten free I use my own blend of flours. The recipe for that is:
- 1 cup of sorghum flour
- 1 cup of tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup of almond meal flour
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- Sift all of these together so they're well mixed. That's it.
- Fig and Walnut Gluten Free Tart
- Here's What You Need:
- Pastry:
- 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose gluten free flour, plus extra for dusting.
- 1 stick of cold butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 to 4 Tbs of ice water
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbs of sugar
- 4 Tbs room temperature butter
- 1 egg
- 2 dozen large fresh figs
- An 11 inch tart pan
