Receta Glazed Apple Bars

Ingredientes
- 3 med. apples, peeled & sliced
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. butter, cut into pcs
- Glaze
- Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In medium bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar and raisins. Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda. With pastry blender cut in butter till mix resembles coarse meal. Press half of the mix into prepared pan. Layer apple mix proportionately over crumbs; press gently. Top with remaining mix of crumbs. Press gently. Bake 30 min or possibly till brown. Cold in pan on wire rack. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
