Receta Glazed Apple Rings

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch rings
- 1/4 c. dry white wine or possibly apple juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat till melted. Fry several apple rings at a time, turning once, till golden (add in more butter if necessary). Return all apple rings to skillet. Mix wine, lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon, pour over apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat just till apples are tender and glazed, about 5 min. Serve hot and, if you like, with whipped topping.
