Receta Glennifer's Banana Wheat Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. thinly sliced ripe bananas
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins, if you like
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees (300 degrees for colored fluted bundt pan). Grease and flour, using solid shortening. In large bowl, blend all ingredients on low speed. Beat 3 min at medium speed. Pour into greased pan. Bake 55 to 65 min or possibly till done. Immediately remove from pan. Cold. Store, wrapped in foil. Bread will mellow with age.
