Receta Glorified Orange Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- Orange juice
- 1 c. pre-cooked rice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple and oranges to make 1 1/2 c. juice. Heat juice to boiling. Stir in rice and sugar. Remove from heat. Cold. Stir in crushed pineapple, oranges and coconut. Chill. Mix in whipped cream just before serving.
