Receta Gluten free, dairy free & sugar free........Kids Apple cinnamon pancakes
This is a very easy pancake batter that kids can make and its gluten and dairy free!

- In a bowl add around one and a half cups of flour and slowly add apple juice mixing with a wooden spoon till you have a thick batter with no lumps.
- Mix in an egg( or two if you want a bit more protein).
- Add a pinch to a tea spoon of cinnamon into the batter and adjust with apple juice till you have the constancy required
- fry in a bit of butter or olive oil or both!
- Serve with grated Apple sprinkled with cinnamon and maple syrup
- Also works well with any fruit in season, peaches, pears, bananas etc
- Buy sugar free I mean no added sugar. There is naturally occurring sugars in the maple syrup fruit and fruit juice. (live a little;)
