Receta Golden Lemon Marmalade

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Carrots
- 2 med Lemons, quartered and seeded
- 3 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Put carrots and lemons throught large blade of chopper (3 c. carrots and 3/4 c. lemon). In large kettle combine ingredients, except cherries. Bring to a full rolling boil. Cook on medium heat for 30 min. Add in cherries.
- Cook 3-5 min longer, till thick and mix sheets from spoon. Pour into warm, sterilized jars. Cover with warm parrafin.
- Makes 41/2 pints.
