  1. Cook potatoes till fork tender Heat margarine in pan, cook onion. Sprinkle with flour, add in salt and pepper. Slowly add in cream. Stirring constantly till thickened. Remove from heat and cold slightly. Add in mustard and mayo.
  2. Stir till well blended. Turn potatoes into slightly greased casserole.
  3. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
