Receta Golgappa Bhelpuri
A new chaat, combination of pani puri and bhel!
Ingredientes
- Kurmura (puffed rice): 1 cup
- Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Boiled potato: 1 small (finely chopped)
- Sweet chutney: 1tbsp
- Green chutney: 1tbsp
- Sev: To garnish
- Gol gappa puris: 12
- Coriander leaves: To garnish
- Chaat masala: A pinch
- Lemon juice: 1stp
Direcciones
- Prepare the bhel puri first.
- Add the kurmura, onion, potato and chutnies in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of the bhel and fill each gol gappa.
- Sprinkle sev, chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
